Chemical Balance Diet Part Deux

Mexico is a mere 3-weeks away and I am off for seven days to warm ocean breezes, unlimited drinks, and of course a fabulous wedding that I am designing and coordinating. My family is coming along so it will be a great vacation for them as well.

So...in preparation for prancing around in a swimsuit (no not a Speedo) I am hoping to lose some additional poundage before I leave. I realize that I probably don't need to lose anymore weight...since I am pretty happy at where I am and how I am looking, but...I would like to shrink the mid section a little more. I hate my mid section! I've always had these damn love handles, but I am working on it! With that said, I am hoping to lose another 10-15 pounds before I leave...so I have restarted the Chemical Balance Diet. This diet was so successful in jump starting my weight loss back in January. Now, I am hoping it will help in losing the additional pounds. I started round two of CBT on Monday 8/29/11.

This diet, like I have said before, is hard, because you get really tired of eating some of the stuff on food list...for me chicken and tomato! Plus you really have to just limit yourself to the foods and the combinations on the diet. But if you can endure and stick to the plan for JUST FOUR WEEKS it truly is transforming! Again, I started the Chemical Balance Diet on Monday and I am on day 5...and so far I have lost 6 lbs. I know you are not suppose to weigh yourself until the end of the week, but I was just curious to see where I was...that included a cheat day on Tuesday (which I do not recommend at all because it leads to more cheat days and than you just go spiraling back to where you started). So if I keep going at this rate and staying on course, hopefully, by the time I get on the plane I will have met my 10-15 lb goal (if not more).

I am a believer that the Chemical Balance Diet is a revolutionary program that really is helping people jump start their weight loss. I am sure it's a lot like other carb-free diets, but for some reason I really think the food combinations really help to get the metabolism ramped up again! During my first round on the diet, I loss about 26 lbs in four weeks...which lead me to changing my eating habits and also exercising more. To date I have lost 50lbs (okay 56 lbs) and I currently exercise daily. I do a mixture of cardio and weights, but most recently have added bootcamp training three days a week!

Seriously, if you are looking for a program to go from Flab to Fab...you really should consider the Chemical Balance Diet! It changed my life and Flabulousa does not want to go back to where I was. If you have questions regarding the diet, feel free to email me or comment below and I can try to answer your questions to the best of my ability regarding the diet.

Remember the hardest thing about weight loss is committing to it and doing it. If you can set your mind to do the Chemical Balance Diet for JUST FOUR WEEKS and dedicating yourself to doing it the way it is designed, I can guarantee that it will alter the way you eat and also kick start your own journey from Flab to Fab...and you will see weight loss in the double digits. When I originally started the diet in January, I did not have a exercise program as part of it. I only started to exercise when I completed the diet. I suggest that while on the Chemical Balance Diet, you should do some sort of fitness program as well...even if it means walking for 15-30 minutes a day.

Anyway, I am looking forward to see where I am weight wise by the end of this round. My original goal was to be at 175 at the end of June 2011...never got there but did get to 195. If I reach that during this phase, I will be happy...but even if I end up 10 lbs lighter to 185 that would be fantastic too! Remember this...you are in control of your own journey. No one can make you do something you are not ready to do for yourself. So when you are ready to fully commit than you know it's time to start your own journey...regardless of what that journey is.

Thanks again for listening to my ramblings! Let me know how I can support you!
