Well you have all probably wondered what has happened to me in the last three weeks since I have not posted any updates or any like that. I have to say everything is fine and I continue to be in "status quo" mode. I have not really lost or gained any weight, I am just staying around the 190 range or in and out of there - depending on what I am eating. I am feeling great and my body is feeling wonderful as well.
I have ventured into the free weight segment of my workout and I have to say the weights are making a difference in the way my body is looking. I am currently doing a mixture of free weights and the techno gym on M, W, and F and currently doing spin classes on T and Th. The mixture is good...and I have to say spin class is grueling but totally worth it. I am noticing muscles popping out here and there and my chest is getting some sort of shape now...there's actually pecs on my body and it's not fat! My mid section has also shrunk down noticeably...but I still have those DAMN love handles and not sure how to remove them completely. I am seriously thinking of getting cryolipolysis or the new freeze fat liposuction just to get rid of those darn things. I am also going to look into joining boot camp with some friends to see how that can impact my day to day physical workout and help me through my body transformation. But as far as further weight loss, I am basically maintaining until my body is ready to lose more of the weight. Don't get me wrong, I don't want to be a muscle man or anything, but I would like some shape in my body so I can go topless on the beach with no shame. Still looking for that Daniel Craig, Christopher Meloni, or Rob Lowe body...again nothing too much just age appropriate.
I am currently wearing size 34 or 32 pants depending on the cut and comfortably wearing Large shirts...a far cry from the tight size 40s pants and XL to XXL shirts I use to wear. I am not going to complain where I am right now but I am still very much dedicated in keeping the weight off and continuing on my journey from Flab to Fab! It's an ongoing process and it really is hard work to maintain your figure.
As you can see, I really don't have much of an update. I will be making a new goals coming up in the next month, which will include some measurements to my muscle areas!
